An unedited 51-minute NLP client session with two-month follow-up. . . . From the follow-up interview: “In a situation that’s really demanding a lot, I’ll imagine-like literally-four bubbles around me, so they can’t get through-four lines of defense. . . . If I’m really feeling not resourced, and there’s something really intense that’s work related, I’ll put up a couple of extra layers-and they always seem to be pink now.”
