MYTH #1: No one actually reads marketing emails
You’re right, pretty much no one does (I know I try to avoid them like the plague).

Yeah, NO ONE likes those.

This one is great because it kinda ties in with Myth #1.
Most businesses will send an email like the one I described above, completely turn their subscribers off from ever wanting to buy from them, then confidently proclaim that “email marketing is dead”.
So why is it that for every $1 put into email, on average, $42 comes out? (Digital Marketing Association, 2019)
Well that ^^^ is what can happen with the right kind of email marketing strategy.
A strategy that makes your subscribers feel listened to, thought about, and actually connected to your business in a meaningful way.

MYTH #3: Writing emails takes too long
Actually, I kind of agree on this one – writing emails can sometimes be a lengthy process.

There is such a thing as “too much email.”
Buuuut your list’s tolerance for receiving emails (especially good ones like those I’ll show you how to write) is a lot higher than most people think.
