Coach Kaisa’s workouts are packed with fun, super-unique bodyweight-based moves that will challenge you mentally and physically, and because they require minimal equipment, they can be done literally anywhere — in a park, a hotel or even a garage. Coach Kaisa offers modifications and progressions for every move in her workouts, so all you have to do is choose the option that best suits your ability and go for it. And because they are efficient, her workouts only take about 30 minutes — easily fitting into the busiest of schedules.

Syllabus:

The Kaisa Keranen Challenge offers participants of all levels comprehensive workouts to make lasting changes to their lifestyle and physique. Over the course of 90 days, coach Kaisa shares her experience and expertise with you, giving you the tools to be happy and healthy for years to come. Each week of her program builds on the last and focuses on a unique set of goals and skills to keep you engaged and moving forward.

Coach Kaisa’s program is broken into even and odd weeks, each of which has its own sequence of workouts to keep things fresh and fun. For the duration of the 90 days, you will alternate between these two schematics to help you progress safely and achieve all your goals. Coach Kaisa introduces concepts such as Tabatas, AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), supersets and more to make each workout effective, challenging and motivational.

Here’s how her 90-day program breaks down:

Weeks 1 to 6

During this phase, you’ll build your foundation, establishing a habit of daily movement and learning to use your body and your bodyweight in new and unique ways. Coach Kaisa offers several tiers of difficulty for each exercise, so whether you’re a raw beginner or an elite athlete, you are guaranteed a challenge every day.

Weeks 7 to 12

During this phase, you’ll take things up a notch, adding reps, sets, rounds and finishers to get in great shape and improve your performance. Now is the time to level up in terms of move difficulty and try some of the more advanced techniques to boost intensity. By the end of 90 days, you will look and feel like a completely different person — inside and out.
