The workouts in this Challenge are a combination of intense cardio and resistance exercises designed to burn fat while preserving lean muscle. They help develop athleticism, speed, strength, coordination, power and stamina, and they will leave you feeling accomplished and a little more badass each time you finish!

Equipment

Because they understand that not everyone has access to a gym, Hannah and Paulo have programmed their workouts to use minimal equipment. You may or may not have all the gear they recommend at your disposal, but most of the time, you can sub in tools you already have for the ones they suggest. Each day, you’ll receive an equipment list to go with your workout, as well as a weight range for both men and women to be used as a benchmark for tracking progress.

Variety

To keep things interesting, Hannah and Paulo have programmed 20 unique workouts using various techniques such as EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many reps/rounds as possible), chippers and Tabatas, to name just a few. Each technique is explained in detail so you’re never left wondering what to do next, and all the workouts are guaranteed to keep you engaged and moving toward your goals.

Journaling

Hannah and Paulo are huge proponents of journaling, and they explain how to accurately and effectively log all the pertinent information you need to track your progress, such as the time it took you to complete a workout, the weight you used and the rounds or reps you finished. They will teach you how to use this data as a comparison to help plan your goals and progress, and to get stronger, leaner and fitter than ever before.

Calendar

Your 60-day program is broken into two phases. Both phases follow the same schedule and the workouts do repeat, but because Hannah and Paulo give you so many scaling options and suggestions for modification and/or intensification, the workouts will never be the same. You’ll learn how to step things up safely and progressively so you can push yourself and improve your results across the board.
