Unfortunately, most folks are not creative enough to come up with combinations, and certainly not clever fight ending set-ups.  As such, hitting a heavy bag or shadow boxing can be boring and pointless.

This MP3 Workout allows me to call out the combinations I want you to throw, so all you have to execute what I tell you, and you will build fighting skills.
