Hi, I’m Elise As someone who has been on a lifelong journey to heal trauma, I am passionate about showing people that the way to wellness is already within them. I was never comfortable in my skin. I’ve tried many new things to feel at home in my body, and to believe that I am capable of achieving my goals.

I have developed this course around my favorite: visualization!

The visualizations in this course include conversations with your future self, getting in touch with the emotions you already have the capacity to feel within your body, and reflection journaling.

I believe that self care is healing, because when we take care of ourselves, we are making sure we have the capacity to really SHOW UP in our lives. This gives us enough energy to lift up our whole community.
