Bram Kanstein – No Code MVP

The fast and cost-effective way to build and validate your startup ideas, without any code.

When you have a great startup or product idea that you want to pursue, it’s important to quickly validate if it has any potential. Building a “Minimum Viable Product” (MVP) without code is a great and cost-effective way to figure out if it makes sense to spend more effort, time and resources on the idea.

Got product ideas, but not sure how to get started?

No problem! This course will boost your idea validation skills with a practical framework to build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and teach you how to build and launch that first product yourself, without code.

After taking this course, you’ll never waste time on the wrong idea again.

What will I learn?

This course is divided into 9 digestible chapters to make sure you get the best learning experience possible. Starting from the fundamentals all the way to launching and learning from your very own Minimum Viable Product.

1. Introduction

To get started I will share my personal story and journey, show the importance of the right mindset, introduce you to the Lean Startup Framework, teach you the value of using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and present you the MVP Experiment Canvas that will structure your path towards your own No-Code MVP.

2. Your big idea
The MVP Experiment Canvas is designed to break down your big business idea into an MVP that you can design, build (without code!) and launch within 2 weeks. But first, we’re going to map out your big idea before we can narrow it down to an MVP.

3. Understanding your potential customers and their problems.
New business ideas are mostly about end-products (which is good!), but you have to take a step back to investigate and understand who’s problem(s) you want to solve.

4. Turning your idea into a value proposition
When you understand who’s problem you want to solve, it’s time to construct an offering for these potential customers.

5. Setting up your MVP Experiment – Part 1
After defining WHAT you’re going to offer to WHO, we’ll continue with setting up our experiment. How are we going to reach our target customer segment? How are we going to engage them? What are we going to test and how are we going to do that?

6. The tools to build an MVP without code
Before continuing with our experiment setup, you will get acquainted with 10 tools you can use to build your own No-Code MVP.

7. Setting up your MVP Experiment – Part 2
Now that you know the types of tools you can use and what type of experiment you want to run, it’s time to sketch your MVP’s scenario and workflow. We’re also going to define what metrics your are going to measure and determine the criteria of a successful outcome.

8. Step-by-step building guides
To show what you can do without knowing how to code, I’m taking you through the setup, process and tools to build 6 real life, and working, “No-Code MVP’s”.

9. Launching & Learning from your MVP experiment
You launched your MVP experiment and analyzed the feedback and information you gathered. Did you learn enough? and (how) should you move forward?
